Quick Weight Loss slimming factor generation2
There are a myriad of plans focusing on weight loss and nutrition. With so many myths surrounding weight loss diets it is difficult to determine what is fact and what is fiction. Let's examine some of these weight loss myths and see what holds up.
Myth 1 - Celery and grapefruit burn unwanted fat.
There is no food that can "burn" unwanted fat. However, there are some that can increase your metabolism briefly that may enhance weight loss. Green tea is a good example of this. In order to lose fat, you need to limit the foods that make you fat. Processed junk foods, refined white sugars and flours and refined carbohydrates are these such foods. They are devoid of nutrition and provide "empty" calories. Too many empty calories cause you to become fat. Eliminate these foods and concentrate on fresh organic produce, whole grains and some deep water, wild caught fish. Eliminating the "bad" foods will ensure permanent weight loss.
Consuming a diet that is rich in protein and low in carbohydrates may help you to lose weight but the long term health effects are not known. It is good for you to include high quality protein in your diet everyday. The meat and dairy industries would have you believe that we need a lot more protein than we actually do. Our bodies can get all of the protein it needs by consuming a diet that is plant-based. Lentils and other beans are a natural source of high-quality protein. Raw, unsalted nuts provide healthy fats and high-quality protein as well.
